SHIPPING & RETURN

We take delivery seriously and pride ourselves on delivering service that’s fast, affordable, and communicative. We also strive to be as efficient as possible in order to reduce waste and negative effects on our environment.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders! Deliveries only within the Continental US. If you live outside our standard service area additional fees may apply. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ecobo.com with your name and order number, and we will get to the bottom of what is happening.

 

Return policy

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return your Ecobo product for any reason — even if you just change your mind. If the piece isn’t quite right for you, or in the case it is defective due to manufacturing issues, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Our team is here to help.


To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition. Returns made inside our standard service area will incur a $99 return shipping fee, except for manufacturing issues in which case there will be no shipping fee. Any applicable outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns outside our standard service area are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee.

To process your return, please follow these quick steps:

  • Email us at hello@ecobo.com to request a return label for your product. Please, include your order number, the name of the product being returned, and a short description of why it’s being returned. If the return is due to a manufacturing issue or damage caused by shipping, please include images in your email.
  • One of our customer service agents will contact you within 2-5 days to assist in the process and provide the return label.
  • Once you receive the return label by email, print and attach the label to the well-packed product, and take a picture for our reference.
  • Drop the package at a FedEx location.
  • Notify us via email that the package is on its way and include the last picture taken.

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund, less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees (if applicable).
